Focus on what you can do and your strengths. It is easy to get caught up in our flaws and what we can’t do and waste negative energy.

Don’t put people on a pedestal. They are just like you and me. We all have 24hours in a day, it is just how we choose to use them which makes us different.

This week I am going to make it a priority to stop focusing on my flaws; I am going to stop beating myself up about things when I don’t achieve them. I will focus on what I am good at and try and find ways to maximise this.

I encourage you to do the same!
